Wings Over Kississing is seeking an experienced, safety-driven Caravan float pilot to deliver exceptional guest transport for a premier fishing lodge in northern Saskatchewan this summer. You’ll be the face of our operation in the bush—flying the C208B Grand Caravan Amphibian between the lodge, base, and surrounding lakes—blending precise airmanship with warm hospitality in a remote, northern environment.
NTR role – company training provided on type.
🧭 The mission
Provide safe, efficient, and friendly amphibious float operations in support of lodge guests and staff. You’ll exercise sound judgment, manage changing weather and water conditions, and deliver an outstanding customer experience on every flight.
🧰 What you’ll do
- Operate the C208B Grand Caravan Amphibian on lakes and suitable runways in remote northern environments.
- Plan and execute flights with thorough weather analysis, performance calculations, and weight-and-balance for mixed passenger/cargo loads.
- Conduct precise dockside and shoreline operations, including mooring, docking, loading, and remote fueling.
- Deliver exceptional guest service—clear briefings, professional demeanour, and a calm, confident presence.
- Maintain meticulous journey logs and paperwork, adhering to TCCA regulations and company SOPs.
- Collaborate with dock crew, lodge staff, and maintenance; assist with day-to-day base/lodge tasks as required.
- Operate independently and make timely decisions to keep the operation safe and efficient.

- Proven bush-flying skills and experience operating in Canada’s north.

- Current egress training.
🧾 Minimum requirements
- License: CPL with Float Rating
- Open to Lic. Holders: TCCA
- Medical: Class 2
- ICAO ELP: Level 4 or higher
- Flight time: 500 hours on DHC-2 Beaver (floats)
- Type rating: Not required (training provided)
- Egress training: Current
