✈️ Role Summary
Join a high-performing Part 135 flight department as a First Officer flying a variety of business jets across dynamic domestic and international missions. 🧭 What You’ll Do
- Support the PIC in safe, efficient, and compliant Part 135 operations.
- Plan and execute international and domestic sectors, often to multiple countries per day.
- Perform flight planning, performance, and weight-and-balance with strong attention to detail.
- Operate modern avionics and FMS and leverage EFB/iPad applications for real-time decision-making.
- Deliver outstanding passenger care with a polished, service-first mindset.
- Coordinate complex logistics, including slots, permits, handlers, fuel, and customs/immigration requirements.
- Champion CRM, professionalism, and leadership in the cockpit and on the road.
- Maintain regulatory currency and training—including the ability to pass FAR 135.293 and 135.299 check rides.
🧰 Minimum Qualifications
- Total time: 1,500 hours
- Multi-engine: 250 hours
- Licenses: CPL, IR, ME — FAA only
- Medical: First Class
- Type rating: Not required; company training provided (NTR)
- Ability to pass FAR Part 135.293 and 135.299 check rides.
- Proficient, professional English communication skills.
- Proficient with computer and iPad/EFB applications.
- Current passport with no restrictions that would prevent entry into foreign countries.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a DMV check.
- Legal right to live and work in the United States (no visa sponsorship).
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and a 10-year criminal background check; employment verification required.
- No history of accidents, incidents, or FAA action within the last 5 years.
- Superior logistics skills; excellent leadership and management abilities.
- Self-starter who requires minimal guidance to complete complex international trips.
- Outstanding customer service ethos and professional presentation.

- Previous Part 135 experience.
