First Officer – Business Jets (Type Rating Provided)

As First Officer, you will work alongside the PIC to deliver safe, smooth, and efficient operations across a range of business jets. You’ll be a proactive flight deck partner—hands-on in planning, precise in execution, and calm under pressure.

• Assist the PIC through all phases of flight, adhering to SOPs and company policies.
• Perform thorough pre-flight inspections and post-flight duties, including documentation and turnarounds.
• Monitor aircraft systems and performance; manage checklists, callouts, and abnormal procedures as directed.
• Support navigation and communications, including route management and ATC coordination.
• Participate in flight planning, crew briefings, and debriefings to optimize safety and efficiency.

• Current ATP with FAA privileges.
• Valid Class 1 Medical.
• Flexibility to travel nationally and internationally on a weekly basis.
• Strong CRM, communication, and checklist discipline; professional presence with clients and crew.
• NTR friendly—eager to train across multiple business jet types.

Type rating is not required—comprehensive training is provided. You’ll build multi-type proficiency within a professional, standards-driven training environment.

This role involves frequent weekly travel across domestic and international destinations. Expect a fast-paced schedule with changing assignments typical of corporate flight operations.
