🧭 The Opportunity

As Captain, you’ll command various business jet types, setting the tone for safety, professionalism, and customer care. You’ll balance precision flying with leadership, collaborating closely with your crew and operations team to deliver seamless missions—even on short notice and outside standard hours.

🧰 What You’ll Do

  • Execute the duties of aircraft commander while maintaining a positive, cooperative relationship with crew and management.
  • Operate across multiple business jet types in an NTR environment, leveraging company-provided training.
  • Uphold SOPs, manage risks, and maintain high situational awareness in dynamic conditions.
  • Adapt to irregular hours and be prepared to travel on short notice.
  • Communicate clearly with clients, crew, and dispatch; foster a collaborative, safety-first culture.
  • Use MS Office to complete operational reports, flight documentation, and communications.

🌟 What You Bring

  • Total Time: 3,500 hours
  • Pilot-in-Command (PIC): 500 hours
  • Multi-Engine: 500 hours
  • Flight Time Notes: 500 hours PIC on large multi‑engine aircraft
  • License: ATPL (TCCA)
  • Medical: Class 1
  • ICAO English: Level 4 or higher
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; effective team player.
  • Ability to manage stressful situations calmly and professionally.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office.
  • Eligible to live and work in Canada.

🔧 Nice to Have

  • BD700 and/or G7500 endorsement.
  • Previous flight test experience or strong technical background in certification or training.
  • U.S. ATP.
