✈️ What you’ll do

  • Act as Captain, ensuring the safe, efficient conduct of domestic and international flights.
  • Lead overall flight dispatch and release processes, coordinating preflight planning and operational control in compliance with regulatory and company standards.
  • Execute comprehensive flight planning, performance calculations, weight and balance, fuel planning, and alternate selection.
  • Ensure strict adherence to Canadian Aviation Regulations, company policies, and applicable international standards.
  • Deliver a premium, service-oriented experience to passengers and stakeholders at every touchpoint.
  • Exercise sound judgment, critical thinking, and effective risk management in dynamic environments.
  • Collaborate with maintenance and ground teams to ensure aircraft readiness and on-time performance.
  • Maintain required training, currency, and accurate flight/operational records.

🧰 Minimum requirements

  • Multi‑engine time: 5,000 hours
  • Licence: Valid ATPL — TCCA
  • Medical: Class 1
  • Language: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
  • Type rating: Not required (training provided)
  • Open to Licence Holders: TCCA
