🧭 The Mission
As Captain, you’ll command business jet operations with an unwavering focus on safety, customer experience, and on-time performance. You’ll partner closely with Dispatch, Maintenance, and Cabin teams to deliver seamless trips for discerning clients across domestic and international destinations.
- Lead all phases of flight in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements
- Exercise sound judgment, CRM, and risk management in dynamic operational scenarios
- Represent the brand with professional communication and client care
- Uphold the highest standards of checklist discipline and safety culture
🧰 Minimum Qualifications
- Total Time: 3,000 hours
- PIC Time: 1,500 hours
- Turbine: 500 hours
- License: ATP — FAA holders
- Medical: Class 1
- Type Rating: Not required; company training provided (NTR)
🌟 Preferred Experience
- Previous Corporate Aviation / Part 135 charter experience
- Current type rating on aircraft within our fleet
🛡️ Additional Requirements
- Valid Passport (must not be expired)
- FCC Radio License
- Eligible to fly internationally into any country or jurisdiction without restrictions
- Must reside in, or within two hours of, a major airport
- Ability to communicate effectively with crews, clients, and operations teams
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and embraces new challenges as the company grows
NTR: No current type rating required; full training provided.
