Business Jet Captain & First Officer (PC-24/PC-12) – Tokyo/Haneda

OpenSky is charting a new course for business aviation across Japan and the broader Northeast Asia region. We operate Pilatus PC-24 and PC-12 aircraft on flexible, point-to-point missions—bringing the speed and convenience of General Aviation to more travelers and businesses.

  • Aircraft: Pilatus PC-24 & PC-12
  • Operation: General Aviation (domestic & international)
  • License required: CPL (ICAO) minimum; ATPL also welcomed
  • Experience: Seat-specific minima (overall min 500 TT; PC‑12 FO 800+ TT)

OpenSky is a Japanese startup making business jets and other small aircraft easier to use, bringing the skies of Japan and Asia closer. 🧭 The Role

You will fly the PC-24 and/or PC-12 on domestic and international missions, delivering safe, efficient, and passenger-focused operations. This is hands-on, dynamic General Aviation—where judgment, adaptability, and teamwork matter as much as stick-and-rudder skill.

  • Pilot-in-command and/or right-seat duties on PC-24/PC-12
  • Mission planning, performance calculations, and weather/NOTAM analysis
  • Coordination with operations, maintenance, and ground teams
  • Uphold OpenSky’s safety culture and service standards
  • Other operations-related tasks as designated by the company

🧰 Your Qualifications

  • General (all seats): CPL or ATPL issued by an ICAO member state

PC-24

  • Captain: CPL or ATPL (ICAO); 500+ flight hours on Light to Ultra Long Range business jets
  • Right-seat (Co-pilot): CPL or ATPL (ICAO); 500+ flight hours on Light to Ultra Long Range business jets

PC-12

  • Captain: CPL or ATPL (ICAO); 500+ flight hours on turbine aircraft with MTOW ≤ 8 tons
  • Right-seat (Co-pilot): CPL or ATPL (ICAO); 800+ hours total time
