🧭 The opportunity

Take command of one of the world’s most advanced airliners. As a Boeing 787 Dreamliner Captain, you’ll lead safe, efficient operations while delivering a standout passenger experience. Non‑Type Rated Captains are welcome — your 787 type training and line indoctrination will be provided.

🧰 Minimum flight experience

• Total time: 2,500 hours
• Jet PIC: 1,000 hours
• Flight time note: Minimum 1,000 hours as Captain on Japanese airline jet aircraft

🌟 Licences, ratings and skills

• ATPL: Valid JCAB ATPL
• Medical: Class 1
• Aviation radio operator licence: Required
• Language proficiency: English and Japanese; ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
• Type rating: B787 not required; training provided (NTR friendly)

🛫 What you’ll do

• Command B787 operations in full compliance with JCAB regulations and company SOPs
• Lead a high‑performing flight deck and cabin crew with outstanding CRM
• Make data‑driven decisions on weather, fuel, performance, and route optimization
• Champion a safety‑first culture and deliver a best‑in‑class passenger experience
• Coach and mentor First Officers to uphold professional standards

🎓 Training and onboarding

Successful candidates will complete company‑provided Boeing 787 type training and line indoctrination, followed by recurrent training to maintain currency and compliance.
