🧭 The opportunity
As a Senior First Officer on the B777, you will support the Captain in delivering safe, compliant and efficient operations. You’ll lead from the right-hand seat with exemplary CRM, SOP discipline and technical proficiency, ensuring every sector meets the highest standards.
🧰 What you will do
- Execute all phases of flight in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct thorough pre-flight planning, performance calculations and threat/error management.
- Operate the FMS and aircraft systems with precision while maintaining situational awareness.
- Champion safety, airmanship and effective CRM on every sector.
- Mentor and collaborate with colleagues to drive a positive, professional flight deck culture.
- Maintain currency, training standards and records as required by the operator and authority.
🌟 Minimum requirements
- Total time: 1,500+ hours
- In type (B777): 1,000+ hours
- Type rating: Boeing 777 (current and valid)
- Flight time notes: At least 1,500 hours on aircraft types that satisfy ZFTT requirements
- Last flight: B777 experience within the last 12 months
- License: ATPL – UK CAA
- Medical: Class 1
- English proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
- Right to work: You must have the right to live and work in the UK
- Visa sponsorship: Not provided
