🧭 The opportunity

As a Senior First Officer on the B777, you will support the Captain in delivering safe, compliant and efficient operations. You’ll lead from the right-hand seat with exemplary CRM, SOP discipline and technical proficiency, ensuring every sector meets the highest standards.

🧰 What you will do

  • Execute all phases of flight in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct thorough pre-flight planning, performance calculations and threat/error management.
  • Operate the FMS and aircraft systems with precision while maintaining situational awareness.
  • Champion safety, airmanship and effective CRM on every sector.
  • Mentor and collaborate with colleagues to drive a positive, professional flight deck culture.
  • Maintain currency, training standards and records as required by the operator and authority.

🌟 Minimum requirements

  • Total time: 1,500+ hours
  • In type (B777): 1,000+ hours
  • Type rating: Boeing 777 (current and valid)
  • Flight time notes: At least 1,500 hours on aircraft types that satisfy ZFTT requirements
  • Last flight: B777 experience within the last 12 months
  • License: ATPL – UK CAA
  • Medical: Class 1
  • English proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
  • Right to work: You must have the right to live and work in the UK
  • Visa sponsorship: Not provided
