🧭 The Role at a Glance

Partner with the Captain and wider operations team to deliver safe, efficient, and on-time operations across an international network. You’ll execute SOPs to the highest standard, communicate clearly in Turkish and English, and contribute to a positive, disciplined cockpit culture.

  • Operate the Boeing 777 in accordance with company SOPs and national/international regulations.
  • Perform thorough pre-flight planning, performance calculations, and systems setup (FMS, navigation, communications).
  • Demonstrate exemplary CRM, threat and error management, and situational awareness.
  • Ensure strict compliance with safety, security, and flight data monitoring expectations.
  • Maintain training currency and readiness for checks and recurrent programs.
  • Uphold the airline’s professional image and customer focus on every sector.

🧰 Minimum Qualifications

  • Boeing 777 type rating valid for at least 2 months as of the employment start date.
  • License: CPL with IR and ME, issued by DGCA (Turkey) or EASA.
  • Class 1 Medical.
  • ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher.
  • Minimum 500 hours total flight time on aircraft types with MTOW over 27 tons.
  • Fluency in Turkish (spoken and written).
  • At least 1 year of civil aviation experience.
  • No criminal record; no accident/incident history.
  • No written penalties from the DGCA or previous employers for flight failure or flight indiscipline.
  • Male candidates must have completed military service.
