Step onto the flight deck of a world-class Boeing 777 operation. As a First Officer, you will report directly to the Chief Pilot, uphold the highest safety standards, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. This permanent role features a minimum monthly guarantee of 72 hours, seniority-based schedule bidding, and full training for non-type-rated candidates.
🧭 What you’ll do
- Serve as Second-in-Command on the Boeing 777, delivering safe, efficient operations in accordance with all applicable FARs and company SOPs.
- Apply exemplary CRM, partnering with the Captain and crew to manage risk and maintain a calm, professional cockpit.
- Execute thorough preflight planning, performance calculations, weight-and-balance, and systems checks to support on-time, compliant operations.
- Communicate clearly with Dispatch, Maintenance, and Customer teams; represent our values and culture with professionalism on every leg.
- Participate in initial and recurrent training and checking; maintain an impeccable safety and training record.
- Adapt quickly in a dynamic environment and contribute positively to team goals and customer experience.
🧰 What you bring
- Valid ATP license (FAA).
- Current First-Class medical certificate.
- Comprehensive understanding of applicable FARs.
- Strong communication skills with a collaborative, customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced operation.
- Impeccable safety and training record.
- Valid driver’s license and passport.
- Willingness to travel and to work a seniority-based schedule (days, swings, or midnight shifts, including holidays).
- Ability to pass pre-employment and ongoing compliance checks: DOT drug test, drug and alcohol background screening, and CHRC.
🌟 Preferred qualifications
- Type-rated on multi-engine aircraft; preference for Boeing 757/767 or 777.
- Previous Boeing 767 experience in FAR 121 operations.
- Demonstrated CRM excellence.
- Boeing 757/767/777 type rating.
Note: A type rating is not required to apply — full training will be provided for successful candidates.
🕒 Scheduling and guarantees
- Monthly guarantee: Minimum 72 hours.
- Bidding: Work schedule bid by seniority (days, swings, or midnight shifts; holidays may be required).
