Boeing 777 First Officer (NTR Welcome)

🧭 What you’ll do

• Serve as First Officer on the Boeing 777, ensuring safe, efficient operations in accordance with all applicable FARs and company SOPs.
• Execute all phases of flight in a multi-crew environment, applying strong CRM and clear communication.
• Collaborate closely with the Captain, dispatch, maintenance, and ground teams in a fast-paced, dynamic operation.

🧰 What you bring (Minimum)

• Current ATP (FAA).
• Valid First Class medical certificate.
• Valid driver’s license and passport.
• Comprehensive understanding of all applicable FARs.
• Impeccable safety and training record.
• Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset that reflects our culture.
• Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a dynamic environment.
• Willing and able to travel as required.
• Ability to bid and work schedules by seniority, including days, swings, midnight shifts, and holidays.
• Ability to pass pre-employment and ongoing compliance checks, including DOT drug testing, drug and alcohol background review, and criminal history records check (CHRC).

🌟 Preferred qualifications

• Type-rated on multi-engine transport category aircraft; preference for Boeing 767/757 or 777.
• Previous B-767 experience under FAR Part 121.
• Demonstrated CRM excellence.

🕒 Schedule, pay, and travel

• Minimum monthly guarantee of 72 flight hours.
• Line bidding by seniority; assignments may include days, swing, or midnight operations and holidays.
• Travel required.
• Training provided for non-type-rated pilots.
