🧭 Your Mission
As Captain on the Boeing 777, you’ll lead from the front—setting the tone for safety, professionalism, and service excellence on every sector.
- Exercise command of flight operations with unwavering adherence to SOPs and regulatory requirements.
- Deliver smooth, efficient long‑haul operations: strategic flight planning, fuel and payload management, and on‑time performance.
- Foster elite crew coordination and communication, championing CRM and just‑culture principles.
- Maintain the highest standards of airmanship, threat and error management, and decision‑making under all conditions.
- Mentor and develop flight deck colleagues, modeling best practices and continuous improvement.
🧰 Minimum Qualifications
- Total time: 5,000+ hours
- PIC on type: 500+ hours on B777
- Heavy aircraft time: 2,500+ hours on aircraft over 27 tons MTOW
- Type rating: Current and valid on Boeing 777
- License: Valid ATPL (DGCA Turkey or EASA)
- Medical: Class 1
- ICAO ELP: Level 4 or above
🌟 Additional Requirements
- Fluency in Turkish is a must.
- At least 3 years of civil aviation experience.
- No criminal record and no accident/incident history.
- No written penalties from the DGCA or from previous employers for flight failure or flight indiscipline.
- For male candidates subject to national service obligations: completed military service.
