✈️ The opportunity

Take the left seat of the Boeing 777 and lead safe, efficient operations across a global network. As a Direct Entry Captain, you’ll report to the Chief Pilot, set the tone for safety and professionalism on every leg, and collaborate closely with flight and ground teams in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

  • Command long-haul and domestic operations with uncompromising safety, compliance, and CRM/SOP discipline.
  • Champion a strong safety culture, demonstrating deep knowledge of all applicable FARs.
  • Lead and mentor the crew, communicate with clarity, and represent the company’s values with every customer interaction.
  • Plan and execute flights, including performance, fuel, and weather/alternate strategies; manage in-flight decision-making under pressure.
  • Uphold operational excellence while meeting a monthly pay guarantee of 72 block hours.

🧭 Minimum qualifications

  • 7,000+ hours total time (operating seat time in turboprop and/or turbojet only)
  • 2,000+ hours PIC on multi-crew, multi-engine, commercial aircraft
  • 2,000+ hours multi-engine
  • 2,000+ hours turbine
  • 1,000+ hours under Part 121 operations
  • Current FAA ATP certificate
  • Valid First-Class Medical
  • Meets FAR 121.436 requirements
  • Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit
  • Valid U.S. Driver’s License
  • Valid passport permitting worldwide travel
  • Comprehensive understanding of applicable FARs
  • Strong communication skills; ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a dynamic environment
  • Alignment with company values; collaborative, customer-centric mindset

Flight time notes: Only time accrued in the operating seat of a turboprop and/or turbojet aircraft is countable toward minima.

🧰 Preferred experience

  • Current type rating on a multi-engine transport category aircraft
  • Previous wide-body PIC time, ideally on the B767 or B777
  • Type rating on B-767/757 or B-777 strongly preferred

  • Training provided for non-type-rated candidates (NTR welcome)
  • Must pass pre-employment DOT drug and alcohol test
  • Must pass CHRC
  • Travel required; schedule bid by seniority (day, swing, or midnight shifts; weekends/holidays)
