🧭 Role overview
As Captain, you will have full authority and responsibility for the flight, crew, and aircraft from dispatch to shutdown. You will champion 21 Air’s culture and core values while ensuring every flight is conducted with the highest levels of safety, regulatory compliance, and professionalism. You will coordinate closely with the Chief Pilot on operational matters and proactively manage any issues impacting safety or compliance.
🧰 What you’ll do
- Serve as Pilot in Command on Boeing 767 flights, exercising final authority for the safe conduct of the flight.
- Ensure strict adherence to 21 Air approved manuals and all applicable FAA regulations.
- Lead, brief, and manage all assigned crew, maintaining high standards of appearance, attendance, and professional conduct.
- Maintain required currency for all operations, including takeoffs/landings and administrative programs.
- Submit timely reports on irregularities or incidents and notify the Chief Pilot of any discrepancy affecting safety or compliance.
- Promote a positive safety culture while upholding 21 Air’s core values and compliance expectations.
- Complete additional duties and special projects as assigned by the Chief Pilot.
🌟 What you bring
- Valid FAA ATPL and current FAA Medical Certificate.
- B767 type rating with recent currency in takeoffs and landings.
- Fluent English: read, write, and speak.
- Demonstrated ability to serve as Pilot in Command with sound judgement and leadership.
- Compliance with flight time and duty limitations.
- Airport/route qualifications appropriate to assignments.
- Thorough, current knowledge of company and aircraft manuals (e.g., GOM, FCOM1) and all 21 Air policies and procedures.

- Maintain currency in all administrative programs, including medical, qualifications, and licensing for the flights performed.
- Stay current on operational publications and procedures; apply updates promptly in daily operations.
- Model proactive reporting and continuous improvement across safety and regulatory programs.
