🧭 The Opportunity

You’ll operate the Boeing 757 across a variety of missions, working closely with the Captain and multidisciplinary teams to uphold the highest standards of safety, compliance, and customer service.

🧰 Minimum Requirements

  • In type: 500 hours on the Boeing 757
  • Type rating: Current and valid Boeing 757 type rating required
  • License Required: CPL with IR and ME
  • Accepted Licenses: ICAO
  • Medical: Class 1
  • ICAO ELP level: 4
  • Language req.: English and Russian

  • Execute all phases of flight in accordance with company SOPs, regulations, and best practices.
  • Support the Captain through precise communication, solid CRM, and sound decision-making.
  • Complete comprehensive preflight planning, performance calculations, and operational briefings.
  • Monitor aircraft systems and automation, ensuring a smooth and safe operation from pushback to shutdown.
  • Champion a just culture focused on safety, learning, and continuous improvement.
