🧭 What you’ll do

  • Support safe, efficient operation of the Boeing 757 in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
  • Execute thorough pre‑flight planning, performance calculations, and fuel/route analysis for overnight cargo missions.
  • Maintain exceptional situational awareness in low‑visibility, night, and all‑weather operations.
  • Employ strong CRM and communication with your Captain, dispatch, and ground teams.
  • Oversee cargo‑specific considerations including weight and balance, load security, and turn‑time efficiency.
  • Champion a just culture by reporting hazards and continuously improving safety and reliability.

🧰 Minimum requirements

  • Total Time: 1,000 hours
  • Multi‑Engine: 250 hours
  • Turbine: 250 hours
  • Type Rating: Not required (training provided)
  • Licences: TCCA IATRA, IR, ME
  • Medical: Class 1
  • Language: ICAO ELP Level 4
  • Eligibility: Eligible to work in Canada; able to travel without restrictions within the Cargojet network (including to the U.S.); able to obtain a RAIC
  • Visa Sponsorship: Not provided
