🧭 Your Mission
As a Direct Entry Captain on the Boeing 757, you will command safe, efficient operations in a modern glass-cockpit, multi-crew environment while setting the tone for professionalism and teamwork across every phase of flight.
- Command Boeing 757 operations with unwavering commitment to safety, SOPs, and regulatory compliance (ICAO).
- Lead, brief, and mentor flight deck and cabin crew, fostering a strong safety and performance culture.
- Exercise sound judgment in dynamic conditions, including fuel strategy, weather, ATC, and operational decision-making.
- Champion SMS principles and a just culture through proactive reporting and continuous improvement.
- Deliver a consistent, passenger- and cargo-focused operation through precision, discipline, and teamwork.
🧰 Minimum Requirements
- Total time: 5,000 hours
- Jet time: 3,000 hours
- Type rating: Current Boeing 757 type rating required
- Meet one of the following experience thresholds:
- At least 3,000 hours on multi-pilot, glass-cockpit jet aircraft with MTOW over 60 tons; OR
- At least 1,500 hours as PIC on multi-pilot, glass-cockpit jet aircraft.
🌟 Licences, Medical & Language
- Licence: ATPL (ICAO accepted)
- Medical: Class 1
- ICAO ELP: Level 4 (minimum)
- Languages: English and Russian
