🧭 The role

As a Line Pilot on the Boeing 737NG, you will operate commercial flights in a multi‑crew environment, maintaining the highest standards of safety, airmanship, and regulatory compliance. You will complete a structured training pathway to achieve the B737NG type rating, followed by line training and supervised operations.

• Conduct B737NG operations in accordance with SOPs, company manuals, and regulatory requirements.
• Perform thorough pre‑flight planning, including performance, fuel, weather, and NOTAM review.
• Execute precise flight management and automation monitoring across all phases of flight.
• Communicate clearly with ATC and ground operations using standard radiotelephony phraseology.
• Contribute to a collaborative, professional flight deck culture and effective crew resource management.
• Maintain currency through required training, checking, and recurrent activities; support a proactive SMS.

• Unrestricted ATPL.
• Valid Class 1 medical certificate.
• ICAO English Language Proficiency level 4 or higher.
• Air Radio Operator License.
• NTR candidates welcome — B737NG type rating provided upon successful selection and training.

📚 Training pathway

Selected pilots will undertake a comprehensive Boeing 737NG program, including ground school, simulator phases, and base/line training, leading to type rating issuance and release to line.
