- Operate the Boeing 737NG as First Officer, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant operations from gate to gate.
- Execute flight planning, performance calculations, and thorough preflight checks in partnership with the Captain and crew.
- Adhere to SOPs, company policies, and regulatory requirements, applying strong CRM and threat/error management.
- Maintain high standards of situational awareness, communication, and decision-making throughout all phases of flight.
- Champion a just culture by reporting hazards and contributing to continuous safety improvement.

- Type rating: Current B737NG type rating required
- License required: ATPL
- Accepted licenses: DGCA (India)
- Medical: Class 1
- ICAO ELP level: 4
- Additional requirements: Valid passport
