🧭 What You’ll Do

• Operate the Boeing 737NG to the highest safety and compliance standards, adhering to SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Partner with the Captain and cabin crew to deliver a smooth, professional operation and an excellent passenger experience.
• Lead preflight planning, performance calculations, FMS setup, briefings, and checklist discipline for all phases of flight.
• Apply robust CRM, TEM, and SMS principles to proactively manage risk and maintain operational excellence.
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement through feedback, training, and procedural adherence.

🧰 What You Bring

• Current type rating on Boeing 737NG.
• Minimum 1,500 hours total time.
• Unrestricted ATPL — open to DGCA (India) license holders.
• Valid Class 1 medical.
• ICAO ELP Level 4+.
• Valid passport and ability to travel as required.
• Strong CRM and SOP discipline with a clean safety record.
