Boeing 737NG First Officer (Type-Rated) – Permanent

🧭 Your mission

• Operate the Boeing 737NG as First Officer in accordance with company SOPs, regulatory requirements, and the highest safety standards.
• Support the Captain through all phases of flight, from preflight planning to secure shutdown.
• Manage aircraft systems, performance, and navigation with disciplined checklist use and crew coordination.
• Demonstrate strong situational awareness, threat and error management, and proactive decision support.
• Champion a just culture by reporting, learning, and continuously improving flight operations.

🧰 Minimum requirements

• Type Rating: Current and valid Boeing 737NG type rating.
• Licences: Frozen ATPL with IR, MCC, and ME.
• Medical: Class 1 medical certificate.
• Language: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher.
• Education: High School/Gymnasium graduation or equivalent.
• Authority: No administrative penalty from DGCA (Turkey) or related civil aviation authority.

🌟 Preferred profile

• Minimum 1000 hours total flight time.
• Strong recent multi-crew jet experience and disciplined CRM.
• Consistent record of safe, punctual, and efficient operations.

• DGCA (Turkey)
• EASA
