🧭 The Mission
As a Boeing 737NG First Officer, you’ll partner with the Captain and cabin crew to deliver a safe, efficient, and professional operation across a variety of routes. You’ll demonstrate sound decision-making, disciplined SOP adherence, and outstanding CRM while representing the brand with professionalism on every sector.
🧰 What You’ll Do
- Execute all phases of flight in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct thorough preflight planning, performance calculations, and fuel management.
- Maintain exemplary CRM, communication, and threat/error management on the flight deck.
- Monitor aircraft systems, automation, and navigation with keen situational awareness.
- Champion a just culture and contribute to continuous safety improvement.
🌟 Minimum Requirements
- Type Rating: Current and valid on Boeing 737NG (type-rated required).
- In-Type Experience: Minimum 500 hours on the B737NG.
- License: EASA ATPL (Frozen) with IR and ME.
- Medical: Valid Class 1 medical certificate.
- Language: ICAO ELP Level 4 (minimum).
- Background: Clean criminal record.
- Eligibility: Open to EASA license holders only.
- Right to Work: Visa sponsorship is not provided; existing work authorization is required.
