Boeing 737NG First Officer (Type-Rated)

• Operate as First Officer on the Boeing 737NG in full compliance with SOPs and regulatory standards.
• Champion a strong safety culture, situational awareness, and professional airmanship on every sector.
• Execute precise IFR procedures, performance calculations, and fuel planning.
• Demonstrate excellent multi-crew coordination, communication, and decision-making (CRM).
• Successfully complete the Operator Conversion Course and maintain currency through recurrent training.

• Current and valid B737NG type rating.
• Valid EASA CPL(A) with IR and ME, or a valid MPL(A).
• Valid ICAO ELP Level 5.
• License state: Valid Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish Part-FCL CPL(A)/MPL(A). Licences from other EASA member states are accepted but must be transferred prior to course start at your own expense.
• Medical: Class 1
• Language: Proficiency in Finnish (mandatory) and English

• Valid passport.
• Clean criminal record and ability to pass background checks.
• Availability to start the Operator Conversion Course in February or March 2026.
• Comfortable operating in a Finnish-speaking environment.
