✈️ The opportunity
As a B737NG First Officer, you will operate domestic routes with an unwavering commitment to safety, regulatory compliance, and on-time performance. You will work within a diverse crew environment, adhere to DGCA CASR, and provide exceptional airmanship across varied terrain and weather—including challenging operations in the Papua region.
🧭 What you’ll do
- Support the Captain in all phases of flight, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant operations.
- Execute accurate flight planning, performance calculations, and fuel management using approved flight operations software.
- Adhere to SOPs, MEL/CDL, FCOM/FCTM, and company policies at all times.
- Monitor aircraft systems, weather, and ATC instructions; proactively manage threats and errors.
- Deliver excellent CRM and clear, concise communication with flight and cabin crew.
- Conduct thorough pre- and post-flight documentation and reporting.
- Participate in RON (Remain Overnight) rotations, particularly in Eastern Indonesia (Papua).
🧰 Minimum requirements
- Total Time: 3,000 hours
- In Type (B737NG): 50 hours
- Multi-Engine: 500 hours
- Type Rating: Required (B737NG)
- License Required: CPL, IR, ME
- Accepted Licenses: ICAO
- Medical: Class 1
- ICAO ELP: Level 4 or higher
🌟 What you bring
- Graduate of an accredited Aviation School.
- Proficient in computer applications relevant to flight operations and planning.
- Comprehensive knowledge of DGCA CASR.
- Non-smoker.
- No colour vision deficiency; able to meet all medical requirements for flight crew duties.
- Strong interpersonal skills; able to manage relationships and work effectively in a diverse environment.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Willing to enter into a bond agreement in accordance with Company requirements.
- Willing to work on a RON schedule, particularly in the Papua region (Eastern Indonesia).

- Operations: Indonesia, with regular services to Eastern Indonesia
- Schedule: Rostered duties including Remain Overnight (RON) rotations
