🧭 Your mission

As a 737NG First Officer, you will operate in a multi-crew environment, delivering safe, efficient, and on-time operations while upholding the highest standards of airmanship and customer care.

  • Execute all phases of flight in accordance with company SOPs, regulatory requirements, and Captain’s guidance.
  • Contribute to meticulous flight preparation: performance, fuel, weather, NOTAMs, and briefings.
  • Manage aircraft systems and automation effectively, maintaining strong situational awareness.
  • Communicate clearly with ATC and crew, championing a just culture and safety-first mindset.

🧰 Minimum requirements

  • License: Frozen ATPL with valid IR, MCC, ME, and UPRT
  • Open to License Holders: DGCA (Turkey) or EASA
  • Medical: Class 1
  • ICAO ELP level: 4 or higher
  • Type rating: Not required (Training Provided)
  • Education: High School/Gymnasium graduation or equivalent
  • Compliance: No administrative penalty from DGCA or related civil aviation authority

Note: Candidates must be eligible to undertake the Boeing 737NG type rating and company training program.
