Join a safety-first, standards-driven airline operation and build time on one of the world’s most proven narrowbody fleets. You’ll fly alongside experienced Captains, sharpen your decision-making, and apply world-class CRM while operating under RBAC 121.

🧭 What You’ll Do

  • Operate the Boeing 737NG in accordance with company SOPs, RBAC 121, and international best practices.
  • Execute thorough preflight planning, performance calculations, and aircraft systems checks.
  • Manage normal, abnormal, and emergency procedures with strong CRM and situational awareness.
  • Collaborate closely with the flight deck and cabin crew to deliver a safe, on-time operation.
  • Champion a just culture by reporting hazards, participating in training, and continuously improving.

🧰 Minimum Requirements

  • Total Time: 500 hours
  • Type Rating: Not required (training provided)
  • Licences: Frozen ATPL + IR + ME
  • Medical: Class 1
  • Language: English and Portuguese
  • ICAO ELP: Level 4 or higher
  • Licensing Authority: Open to ANAC licence holders
  • Additional: Valid passport
  • Visa Sponsorship: Not provided

🌟 Preferred Profile

  • Boeing 737 type rating or recent 737 experience
  • Experience as a pilot in an airline regulated by RBAC 121
  • Previous turboprop or jet operating experience
  • Flight Instructor certification
  • Completed Jet Training Course
  • Unfrozen/Full ATPL
