As a Boeing 737NG First Officer, you will operate in a collaborative two-crew environment, delivering safe, efficient and on-time operations across an international network. You will apply best-in-class CRM, strict SOP adherence and a solutions-first mindset in a dynamic, ever-changing operational context.

🧭 What you’ll do

• Operate the Boeing 737NG as PF/PM with precise SOP compliance and threat-and-error management.
• Lead thorough flight preparation, performance calculations and briefings; share tasks and delegate effectively on the flight deck.
• Maintain high situation awareness and exercise sound judgement during normal, abnormal and adverse-weather operations.
• Model excellent communication with colleagues, ATC and ground teams; represent the airline professionally at all times.
• Contribute to a just culture and continuous improvement through debriefs, training and safety reporting (SMS).

🌟 Minimum qualifications

• License: EASA Frozen ATPL with IR and ME.
• Medical: Class 1.
• Language: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher.
• Type rating: Boeing 737 (NG) type rating required; current or expired within the last 12 months.
• Time on type: Minimum 500 hours on B737 or on the same/higher weight category.
• Recency: No break in flying greater than 12 months.
• Eligibility: Hold a valid, unrestricted EU passport; right to live and work in the EU. Visa sponsorship is not available.

🛡️ Compliance and health

• No criminal record and no incident record.
• Yellow fever vaccination.
• COVID-19 vaccination where permitted by applicable law.
