You’ll uphold the highest standards of professionalism, adherence to procedures, and commitment to safety while ensuring on-time, reliable operations.
✈️ Role Overview
Join a disciplined, safety-first flight deck operating the Boeing 737NG in scheduled and ad hoc cargo service. You’ll partner closely with your Captain, dispatch, and ground teams to deliver on-time performance while complying with all company procedures and FAA regulations.
🧭 What You’ll Do
- Operate the Boeing 737NG in accordance with FAA regulations and company SOPs.
- Execute all phases of flight with a strong safety mindset and disciplined CRM.
- Ensure timely cargo departures and arrivals while protecting schedule integrity.
- Conduct thorough preflight planning, performance calculations, and risk assessments.
- Communicate clearly with ATC, dispatch, loadmasters, maintenance, and ramp teams.
- Complete required reports, logs, and documentation with accuracy and care.
🧰 What You Bring
- License: ATP (Open to FAA license holders)
- Medical: Class 1
- Type Rating: Not required (training provided)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills with proven CRM ability.
- Excellent decision-making and problem-solving aptitude.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Preferred: Previous experience in cargo aviation or relevant flight operations.

- Successfully complete 7 AIR’s FAA-approved initial, upgrade, and recurrent flight and ground training.
- Complete all training and qualification segments of the 7 AIR approved training program.
- Maintain currency, proficiency, and compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
