As Captain, you will ensure safe, compliant, and efficient operations of the Boeing 737NG while cultivating a professional, collaborative cockpit culture. You’ll steward on-time performance, mentor crew members, and uphold the highest standards across all phases of flight.

• Command B737NG operations in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Lead flight preparation, performance planning, briefings, and threat/error management.
• Champion safety and compliance, maintaining a just culture and strong CRM.
• Guide and mentor flight deck and cabin crew to deliver an exceptional passenger experience.

• Employment: Permanent
• Type-Rated: Yes — Boeing 737NG
• Total time: 4,500+ hours
• In type: 2,500+ hours on B737NG
• Type rating: Required
• License req.: ATPL
• Open to Lic. Holders: PCAA
• Medical: Class 1
• ICAO ELP level: 4 (ICAO ELP)
• Visa sponsorship: Not provided
