🧭 Your mission

Lead safe, efficient B737NG line operations while setting the standard for professionalism, teamwork, and regulatory compliance.

• Exercise command authority in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Plan and execute every sector to the highest safety and performance standards.
• Conduct thorough briefings; foster a just-culture and exemplary CRM.
• Ensure full compliance with MEL, FCOM, QRH, and dispatch documentation.
• Mentor First Officers and support continuous improvement and training.
• Maintain currency and proficiency on the B737NG fleet.

🧰 Minimum requirements

• Total time: 2,500 hours
• In type (B737NG): 100 hours
• Type rating: Current Boeing 737NG type rating
• Currency: Last flight on B737NG within the past 3 months
• License required: ATPL
• Accepted licenses: DGCA (India)
• Medical: Class 1
• ICAO ELP level: 4
• Additional requirements: Valid passport
