🧭 Your Mission

As Captain, you will lead from the left seat, ensuring the highest standards of safety, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence. You will mentor and support your crew, execute decisive command decisions, and represent the airline with professionalism under all conditions.

  • Exercise command authority with excellent decision-making and CRM.
  • Uphold SOPs, regulatory requirements, and company policies on every sector.
  • Deliver precise flight planning, fuel management, and thorough briefings.
  • Champion a proactive safety culture and continuous improvement.

🧰 Minimum Requirements

  • Total time: 2,500 hours minimum
  • In type (B737NG): 100 hours minimum
  • Type rating: Required on Boeing 737NG
  • Last flight on type: Within the last 3 months
  • License req.: ATPL
  • Open to Lic. Holders: DGCA (India)
  • Medical: Class 1
  • ICAO ELP level: 4 or higher
  • Additional requirements: Valid passport
