✈️ The opportunity
As a B737NG Captain, you will command scheduled and charter operations, model exemplary airmanship, and foster a just culture that puts safety, teamwork, and on-time performance at the forefront.
🧭 What you’ll do
- Command Boeing 737NG flights in accordance with company SOPs and all applicable ICAO, national, and local regulations.
- Lead the flight crew with strong CRM, decisive leadership, and threat and error management.
- Deliver safe, efficient operations from preflight planning through post-flight debriefs, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.
- Mentor First Officers, support training and checking activities, and contribute to a proactive safety culture.
- Represent the airline positively with passengers, authorities, and stakeholders.
🧰 Minimum requirements
- Total flight time: 4,000+ hours
- PIC on type: 500+ hours on Boeing 737NG
- Heavy aircraft time: 1,500+ hours on aircraft > 27 tonnes MTOW
- Licence: ATPL — DGCA (Turkey) or EASA
- Type rating: Boeing 737NG
- Medical: Class 1
- Language proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher; fluency in Turkish is mandatory
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in civil aviation
🌟 Additional requirements
- No criminal record and able to pass background checks.
- No accident/incident history.
- Clean disciplinary record: no written penalties from the Turkish DGCA or previous employers for flight failure or indiscipline.
- For candidates subject to compulsory military service in Turkey: completed service or documented exemption/deferral.
- Right to work status in place; visa sponsorship is not available.
