🧭 The Opportunity

As a Boeing 737NG Captain, you’ll set the standard for operational excellence, lead the flight deck with confidence, and champion a safety-first culture. You’ll mentor your crew, ensure adherence to SOPs, and deliver an exceptional passenger experience on every sector.

🧰 Minimum Qualifications

  • Total Time: 4,000 hours minimum
  • PIC on Type: 500 hours minimum on Boeing 737NG
  • Heavy Aircraft Time: At least 1,500 hours on aircraft over 27 tons MTOW
  • License: Valid ATPL (DGCA or EASA)
  • Type Rating: Current B737NG type rating
  • Medical: Current Class 1 Medical
  • English Proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4+

🔎 Additional Requirements

  • Fluent in Turkish (spoken and written)
  • At least 3 years of civil aviation experience
  • No criminal record and no accident/incident history
  • No written penalties issued by the DGCA or previous employers for flight failure or indiscipline
  • For male Turkish citizens: military service completed

All qualifications and records will be verified during selection.
