🧭 The Role

As a B737NG Captain, you will lead flight operations with a steadfast commitment to safety, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence. You’ll mentor the flight deck, collaborate closely with cabin and ground teams, and represent the airline with professionalism on every sector.

🧰 Minimum Qualifications

  • Total Time: Minimum 4,000 hours
  • PIC in Type: Minimum 500 hours on B737NG
  • Flight Experience: At least 4,000 hours on aircraft > 27 tons MTOW
  • Recency: Actively flown within the last 6 months
  • License: Valid ATPL (EASA/FAA/ICAO)
  • Medical: Current Class 1
  • Language: ICAO English Level 4 or higher
  • Education: At least high school graduation
  • Type Rating: Current B737NG type rating

🌟 Additional Requirements

  • No written punishment due to flight failure or flight indiscipline
  • No criminal record or criminal archive record
  • Incident/Accident Clearance Statement
  • Accept the main base assigned by AJet and reside there
  • Have not previously left Turkish Airlines Inc. or its affiliates due to contract termination
  • Have not resigned from Turkish Airlines Inc. or other organizations due to indiscipline
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment health examination

🧾 Documentation & Currency

  • Logbook: Pages must be updated and officially approved
  • License Validity: Following successful evaluation, your flight license must have at least 2 months’ validity remaining as of the employment start date
