🧭 Your mission

  • Command Boeing 737NG operations from pre-flight planning to post-flight debrief, ensuring safety and compliance at every stage.
  • Lead by example in CRM, threat and error management, and just culture.
  • Uphold DGCA, manufacturer, and company SOPs while adapting to dynamic operational conditions.
  • Optimize fuel, payload, and on-time performance without compromising safety.
  • Coach and mentor First Officers, fostering a high-performance flight deck environment.
  • Coordinate seamlessly with ATC, ground operations, and maintenance to deliver a reliable operation.
  • Maintain currency and training validity, including IR and PPC.

🧰 Minimum requirements

  • Valid ATPL issued by DGCA (India).
  • Current and valid type rating on Boeing 737NG.
  • Minimum PIC on type: 100 hours.
  • Valid IR and PPC.
  • Current FRTOL and COP/RTR.
  • ICAO English Language Proficiency level: 4+.
  • Current Class 1 medical.
  • Open to licence holders under DGCA (India).

🌟 Additional requirements

  • Certificate of incident/accident-free record.
  • Breath analyzer record and details of enforcement action, if any, taken against the license holder in the preceding three years by DGCA.
  • Mandatory eGCA-id with all licenses and documents validated.
