🧭 What You’ll Do
- Lead all phases of flight on the 737NG, from planning to shutdown, ensuring safety and compliance with SOPs and SMS.
- Exercise sound judgment and command authority while fostering an open, team‑first cockpit culture.
- Collaborate with dispatch, maintenance, and ground operations to deliver on‑time, efficient performance.
- Champion threat and error management, proactive decision‑making, and continuous improvement.
- Represent the flight deck with professionalism in all customer and operational interactions.
🧰 Minimum Requirements
- Total time: 5,000 hours
- Jet time: 1,000 hours
- License: ATPL — TCCA accepted
- Medical: Class 1
- ICAO ELP: Level 4 or higher
- Type rating: Not required (training provided)
- Base: Willingness to be based at YHU
- Visa sponsorship: Not provided

📚 Training & Progression
Comprehensive 737NG type rating and company indoctrination are provided for successful candidates. Expect a robust syllabus focused on systems, SOP mastery, CRM, TEM, and line‑oriented training to set you up for success from day one.

This role is based at Montreal Saint‑Hubert Airport (YHU) on the South Shore of Montreal, offering convenient access to the city while enjoying a balanced lifestyle and strong aviation community.
