🧭 What You’ll Do

Lead all phases of flight on the 737NG, from planning to shutdown, ensuring safety and compliance with SOPs and SMS.
Exercise sound judgment and command authority while fostering an open, team‑first cockpit culture.
Collaborate with dispatch, maintenance, and ground operations to deliver on‑time, efficient performance.
Champion threat and error management, proactive decision‑making, and continuous improvement.
Represent the flight deck with professionalism in all customer and operational interactions.

Jet time: 1,000 hours
License: ATPL — TCCA accepted
Medical: Class 1
ICAO ELP: Level 4 or higher
