Command B737NG operations across a dynamic network. You’ll set the tone for safety and service, make sound operational decisions, and mentor your crew while representing the brand with professionalism on every sector.

🧭 Minimum Requirements

  • Type rating: Required on B737NG
  • Total time: 4000 hours
  • PIC in type: 1000 hours on B737NG
  • License req.: ATPL
  • Open to Lic. Holders: EASA
  • Medical: Class 1
  • ICAO ELP level: 4 or higher

  • Lead flight operations in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
  • Exercise sound command decision-making in all phases of flight and irregular operations.
  • Foster excellent CRM and mentor flight and cabin crew.
  • Oversee flight planning, fuel policy adherence, performance calculations, and operational briefings.
  • Champion a safety-first culture, reporting hazards and contributing to continuous improvement.
  • Deliver a calm, customer-focused experience while maintaining on-time performance.

🧾 Eligibility & right to work
