🧭 The role

As Captain, you will lead safe, efficient line operations with a focus on decision-making, crew leadership, and standard operating procedures. You will champion CRM, mentor the flight deck, and uphold the highest standards of airmanship throughout all phases of flight.

🧰 Minimum qualifications

  • License: Valid ATPL issued by DGCA (Turkey) or EASA
  • Medical: Class 1
  • Language: ICAO ELP Level 4
  • Education: High School/Gymnasium graduation or equivalent
  • Type rating: Not required — training provided

🛩️ Flight experience requirements

  • Total time: 4,000 hours minimum
  • PIC time: 500 hours minimum
  • Heavy aircraft time: Minimum 1,500 hours on aircraft with more than 27,000 kg MTOW
  • Commander time on heavy aircraft: At least 300 hours as Commander within the 500 hours PIC on aircraft with more than 27,000 kg MTOW
  • Airline experience: Minimum 3 years of airline pilot experience (counted from your type rating endorsement date)
