🧭 The role

As Captain, you will exercise command of the aircraft and crew, set the tone for safety and service, and ensure on-time, compliant operations in line with company SOPs and regulatory standards.

Lead all phases of flight: preflight planning, execution, and postflight review.
Champion a safety-first culture through disciplined SOP adherence and robust Threat & Error Management.
Foster strong CRM and mentorship across the flight deck and cabin.
Make timely, data-driven operational decisions in dynamic environments.
Uphold company values while delivering a smooth, professional passenger experience.

Total time: 4,000 hours
PIC in type: 500 hours on B737NG
License: ATPL
Open to lic. holders: EASA
Medical: Class 1
English proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 (minimum)
Visa sponsorship: Not provided
