✈️ The opportunity
As Captain on our Boeing 737NG fleet, you will command international flight operations, uphold the highest safety and compliance standards, and lead a skilled crew with professionalism and poise. You will operate in a dynamic environment that values precision, teamwork, and customer care.
🧭 What you’ll do
- Command B737NG operations in accordance with company SOPs and EASA regulations.
- Exhibit strong leadership and effective CRM, fostering a positive and safety‑first cockpit culture.
- Execute precise pre‑flight planning, performance calculations, fuel management, and risk assessments.
- Ensure on‑time performance, robust safety reporting, and continuous improvement in line with FDM insights.
- Collaborate closely with operations, engineering, and cabin teams to deliver a reliable, passenger‑focused service.
- Adapt to roster changes, temporary base assignments, international sectors, and special missions as required.
🌟 What you bring
- Flight experience: ≥ 5,000 total hours; ≥ 1,500 hours as PIC; ≥ 500 hours on type (B737NG) or equivalent.
- Licensing: Valid ATPL (EASA) with current B737NG type rating.
- Medical: Valid Class 1 medical.
- Language proficiency: English and Italian with minimum ICAO ELP Level 4.
- Flexibility: Availability to operate at locations other than Rome; willing to work shifts, fly international routes, accept base changes, and support special missions.
- Work authorization: Sponsorship is not available; you must be able to work and travel as required without employer‑provided visa support.
Flight time notes: Total hours on B737 or equivalent > 5,000; Hours as Captain on B737 or equivalent > 1,500.
