✈️ Role overview

As a Boeing 737 MAX First Officer, you’ll partner with the Captain and flight operations team to deliver safe, compliant, and punctual flights. You’ll bring sound judgement, strong CRM, and a calm, professional presence in all phases of flight.

🧭 What you’ll do
  • Execute all duties of the right seat in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain the highest safety standards through disciplined checklist use, threat and error management, and effective CRM.
  • Prepare and brief each sector, optimizing performance, fuel, and on-time operations.
  • Collaborate closely with cabin crew, operations control, and maintenance to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Uphold a professional, respectful cockpit culture and contribute to continuous improvement.
🧰 Minimum requirements
  • Total time: 3,000 hours+
  • In type: 1,000 hours on B737 (NG/MAX)
  • Type rating: Current Boeing 737 rating required
  • Currency: Last operated the B737 NG/MAX within the past 6 months from the date of application
  • License required: CPL + IR + ME
  • Accepted licenses: ICAO
  • Medical: Class 1
  • Language: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher

  • Successful completion of an individual assessment to confirm satisfactory ability as part of the interview process.
🔎 Selection process

Shortlisted candidates will undergo document verification, a competency-based interview, and an individual ability assessment aligned with the operational demands of the B737. Professionalism, safety mindset, and CRM are central to our evaluation.
