✈️ The Opportunity

Command the flight deck of the 737 MAX, uphold the highest operational standards, and mentor a professional crew as you deliver a safe and seamless passenger experience. This role suits decisive leaders who thrive in a fast-paced, multi-sector environment.

🧭 Minimum Requirements

  • Total time: 3,000 hours
  • Pilot-in-command (PIC): 500 hours
  • Multi-engine jet: 1,500 hours
  • Type rating: Required — Boeing 737 MAX
  • Flight time notes: At least 1,500 hours on multi‑pilot, multi‑engine aircraft with MTOW ≥ 5,700 kg
  • License required: ATPL (ICAO)
  • Medical: Class 1
  • ICAO ELP level: 4 or higher
  • Language requirement: English and Russian

  • Lead 737 MAX operations in full compliance with regulations and company SOPs.
  • Brief, coordinate, and mentor flight and cabin crew to champion safety and service.
  • Exercise sound decision‑making in variable weather and operational conditions.
  • Embed a proactive safety culture through SMS and continuous improvement.
  • Communicate effectively with ATC, ground operations, and stakeholders to ensure operational excellence.

  • Proven leadership as PIC with strong CRM and team-building skills.
  • Clear, professional communication in English and Russian (ELP 4+).
  • Calm, decisive judgement and a meticulous approach to operational risk.
