🧭 Your mission

Operate the Boeing 737NG as First Officer in full compliance with FARs, company SOPs, and all safety policies.
Exhibit strong CRM, clear radio and cockpit communication, and professional customer interaction.
Partner closely with the Captain, dispatch, and cabin crew to deliver safe, efficient, and on-time operations.
Demonstrate the company’s values and culture while adapting to changing conditions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Uphold meticulous checklist discipline, preflight planning, and threat/error management on every leg.

🧰 Your toolkit (minimum requirements)

Total time: 2,000 hours
Jet time: 500 hours
License: ATP — FAA only
Medical: First-Class (Class 1)
Type rating: Not required — training provided (NTR welcome)
Permit: Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit
Documents: Valid driver’s license and a passport permitting worldwide travel
Residence: Live within 2 hours of MIA or YNG
Work authorization: Visa sponsorship not provided

B-737 type rating
Recent narrow-body aircraft experience
Exceptional communication skills and proven teamwork in multi-crew operations
Deep, demonstrable knowledge of applicable FARs

📅 Schedule & travel

Schedules bid by seniority; includes nights, weekends, and holidays
Extensive travel required
Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a dynamic environment

🔐 Pre-employment screening

Successful completion of pre-employment DOT drug testing and alcohol testing
Criminal History Records Check (CHRC)
