Neos is expanding its network and seeking motivated Boeing 737 First Officers to support our growing operation across Europe and beyond. You will fly the 737 Classic/NG series (-300 to -900) within a safety-first, customer-focused culture.

  • Employment: Permanent
  • Fleet: Boeing 737 Classic/NG (-300 to -900)
  • Type Rating: Required (current B737)
  • License: EASA CPL + IR + ME
  • Medical: EASA Class 1

🧭 Your mission

  • Operate the Boeing 737 safely and efficiently in line with Neos SOPs and EASA regulations.
  • Support the Captain through all phases of flight including planning, briefing, and CRM duties.
  • Execute accurate performance, weight and balance, and fuel planning; complete post-flight reporting.
  • Model exemplary airmanship and deliver a friendly, professional passenger experience.
  • Maintain currency through recurrent training and checking.

🧰 Minimum requirements

  • Total time: 800 hours
  • Type rating: Current Boeing 737
  • License: EASA CPL/IR/ME
  • Medical: Class 1
  • ICAO English: Level 4+
  • Visa sponsorship: Not provided (you must hold the independent right to work and travel)

🌟 Additional requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Italian language proficiency: minimum Level 6.
  • No criminal record; able to pass all background and security checks.
  • Legal right to travel unrestricted to and from all countries flown by Neos S.p.A.
  • Open to EASA licence holders.

Note: Applicants with varied 737 experience are welcome; however, a current Boeing 737 type rating is required for this role.
