✈️ Your mission
As a First Officer on the Boeing 737 Classic, you’ll support safe, efficient operations across diverse conditions that demand precision and teamwork.
- Execute all phases of flight in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
- Operate confidently in environments that may include gravel runway operations, arctic climates, high-altitude procedures, emergency procedures, and uncontrolled airspace.
- Collaborate closely with the Captain and crew to uphold the highest standards of safety and professionalism.
- Participate in preflight planning, performance calculations, and terrain/weather risk assessments.
- Champion transparent safety reporting and continuous improvement.
🧰 What you’ll bring
- Minimum total time: 2,500 hours.
- Licence: Valid TCCA ATPL.
- Medical: Class 1.
- Language: Working knowledge of English and French; ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher.
- Operational background: Experience with gravel strips, arctic conditions, high-altitude operations, emergency procedures, and uncontrolled airspace.
🌟 It’s a plus if you have
- Time or familiarity on the Boeing 737-200.
- Experience in remote or austere operating environments.
- Strong CRM, decision-making, and threat-and-error management skills.
🧭 Training and progression
No 737 type rating? No problem. Comprehensive training is provided for non-type-rated pilots, including ground school, simulator training, and supervised line operations to set you up for success.
