🧭 What You’ll Do

Operate the Boeing 737-200 in accordance with company SOPs and all regulatory requirements.
Support the Captain in all phases of flight: planning, briefing, departure, enroute, approach, and landing.
Conduct accurate preflight inspections, performance calculations, and systems checks.
Monitor aircraft systems and manage normal/abnormal procedures with clear, timely communication.
Maintain high situational awareness in gravel, arctic, high-altitude, and uncontrolled airspace operations.
Champion a strong safety culture, CRM, and continuous improvement.

Total Time: 2,500+ hours
License: ATPL (TCCA)
Medical: Class 1
Type Rating: Not required; training provided on B737-200 (Classic)
ICAO ELP: Level 4 or higher
Languages: Working knowledge of English and French (required)
Operational Experience: Gravel runway operations; arctic climate; high-altitude procedures; emergency procedures; uncontrolled airspace procedures
