✈️ The Opportunity
As a Boeing 737-200 First Officer, you’ll operate in demanding and rewarding environments, contributing to safe, efficient, and reliable operations. You’ll work alongside experienced crews and leaders who are invested in your growth, with comprehensive training provided for the classic 737 platform.
🧭 What You’ll Do
- Operate the Boeing 737-200 in accordance with company SOPs and all regulatory requirements.
- Support the Captain in all phases of flight: planning, briefing, departure, enroute, approach, and landing.
- Conduct accurate preflight inspections, performance calculations, and systems checks.
- Monitor aircraft systems and manage normal/abnormal procedures with clear, timely communication.
- Maintain high situational awareness in gravel, arctic, high-altitude, and uncontrolled airspace operations.
- Champion a strong safety culture, CRM, and continuous improvement.
🧰 Minimum Requirements
- Total Time: 2,500+ hours
- License: ATPL (TCCA)
- Medical: Class 1
- Type Rating: Not required; training provided on B737-200 (Classic)
- ICAO ELP: Level 4 or higher
- Languages: Working knowledge of English and French (required)
- Operational Experience: Gravel runway operations; arctic climate; high-altitude procedures; emergency procedures; uncontrolled airspace procedures
