🧭 Your mission

As a B737 Classic First Officer, you will deliver safe, smooth and on‑time operations while exemplifying our culture of professionalism and positivity.

Execute all phases of flight in accordance with SOPs, company policy and regulatory requirements.
Champion safety, threat and error management, and rigorous checklist discipline.
Collaborate with the Captain, cabin crew and OCC to ensure an exceptional and efficient operation.
Represent the airline with integrity and great vibes, from the flight deck to the gate.

🧰 Minimum requirements

Total Time: 250 hours (must meet CPL minimums)
License: CPL with IR and ME privileges (ICAO)
Medical: Class 1
ICAO English: Level 4 minimum (TEA or EALTS)
Type Rating: Not required — provided by the company
Visa: Valid U.S. visa (sponsorship not provided)
Passport: Valid passport with international travel eligibility
Health: Yellow fever vaccination certificate

Non‑type rated pilots are encouraged to apply; full B737 Classic training and line indoctrination will be provided upon hire.

📄 Documents to submit

Military release letter (for persons liable for military service)
Copy of your Commercial Pilot or Airline Transport Pilot licence, showing single‑engine, multiengine and instrument privileges
TEA or EALTS exam results confirming ICAO English Level 4 or higher
Yellow fever vaccination certificate
Valid passport and U.S. visa
Academic transcripts issued by the school awarding your Pilot degree
Certificate from the school issuing your Commercial Pilot degree
