🧭 Your mission
- Act as Pilot-in-Command of the B737 Classic, ensuring the highest standards of flight safety and compliance.
- Lead a professional flight deck, championing Crew Resource Management and clear, respectful communication.
- Oversee pre-flight planning, performance and fuel calculations, and operational decision-making.
- Communicate proactively with passengers, cabin crew, and operational stakeholders to deliver a smooth journey.
- Uphold regulatory, company SOPs, and industry best practices across all phases of flight.
- Support the development of First Officers through mentorship and example.
🧰 Minimum requirements
- License: Valid ATPL issued by TCCA
- Medical: Class 1
- ICAO English: ELP Level 4 or higher
- Type rating: Not required — training provided on the B737 Classic
