• Operate the Super King Air safely and efficiently in a multi-crew environment, upholding company SOPs and regulatory standards.
• Support the PIC with flight planning, performance calculations, weight and balance, and fuel management.
• Execute checklists, apply strong CRM, and maintain exceptional situational awareness in all phases of flight.
• Monitor weather, NOTAMs, and operational factors; adapt plans to ensure safe, on-time operations.
• Deliver professional, discreet service to passengers and stakeholders while fostering a positive cockpit culture.
• Complete accurate post-flight documentation and contribute to continuous improvement and safety reporting.
