🧭 Your mission

As First Officer, you will partner with the Captain to deliver safe, efficient, and professional operations across domestic and international sectors. You will execute SOPs with precision, model exemplary CRM, and uphold a culture of continuous improvement.

• Assist with thorough flight planning, performance calculations, and weight & balance.
• Manage checklist discipline, monitoring, radio communications, and navigation duties.
• Ensure stable approaches and robust threat and error management on every leg.
• Champion SMS principles and contribute to a proactive safety culture.
• Deliver a polished passenger experience and represent the operation with professionalism.
• Participate in initial, recurrent, and proficiency training to maintain high standards.
• Support ground/ramp coordination and aircraft care as required.

🧰 What you bring

• Licence: ATPL — TCCA accepted
• Total time: 5,000 hours
• PIC (Jet): 1,000 hours
• Medical: Class 1
• Language: ICAO ELP Level 4
• University degree/Aviation flight college diploma or equivalent military experience
• Valid passport and ability to travel internationally

Non-Type Rated candidates are encouraged to apply; type training will be provided upon hire.
