🧭 The Mission

Deliver safe, smooth, and professional corporate and charter operations in the Beechcraft Premier IA. You’ll uphold the highest standards of airmanship and customer care while representing Axis Aviation Group on every leg.

🌟 What You’ll Do

• Operate the Beechcraft Premier IA on private charter and corporate flights.
• Plan and execute flights, including performance calculations, weight and balance, routing, and weather analysis.
• Conduct thorough pre-flight inspections and coordinate any required maintenance checks.
• Ensure full compliance with company safety policies and operational procedures at all times.
• Maintain type rating currency and all required qualifications and documentation.
• Provide a refined passenger experience and professional communication with clients and operations.
• Accurately complete flight logs, reports, and post-flight documentation.

🧰 What You’ll Bring

• Minimum 3,000 hours total flight time.
• Current Beechcraft Premier IA type rating (currency within the last 12 months).
• Valid ATPL.
• Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate.
• Based at, or willing to relocate to, Mather, California (MHR).
• A safety-first mindset, strong decision-making, and excellent CRM and customer service skills.
• Flexibility for dynamic schedules typical of corporate and charter operations.
