Provide safe, reliable fixed‑wing air ambulance services in partnership with expert medical crews—connecting communities and patients to the care they need, when they need it most.

🧰 What you’ll bring

• Minimum flight experience: 2,500 total hours; 2,000 fixed‑wing; 1,000 PIC; 500 cross‑country; 100 night; 75 instrument (50 actual)
• Certificates: CPL with C-ASEL & C-AMEL
• Medical: Current FAA First Class Medical Certificate
• ATP path: Willing and able to obtain an ATP within 5 years of employment
• Records: Valid driver’s license and logbooks substantiating reported time
• Experience: Single‑pilot IFR ideal; prior medevac and/or cargo preferred
• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent (or higher)

🔧 What you’ll do

• Fly scheduled and on‑demand air medical transports safely day and night
• Ensure aircraft readiness per FARs and company manuals, including cleanliness and pre/post‑flight duties
• Maintain accurate company and regulatory documentation (shift records, load manifests, etc.)
• Coordinate with dispatch, medical teams, facilities, ground partners, and flight crews
• Provide thorough shift‑change briefings and record change board details
• Maintain required certifications and complete ongoing ground and flight training
• Uphold Guardian Flight’s elevated safety and service standards

• Annual salary range: $123,306.00 – $135,636.61
• Sign‑on bonus: $15,000 (upon completion of training and check ride)
• Retention bonus: $40,000 over 3 years (6‑month waiting period)
